My name is Thomas Lauby, I'm 27 years old. I’m a graduate of the Research and Innovation Global Design Masters from the École de Condé Bordeaux.
I am currently a designer at Orange's XDLab, whose aim is to embody the human being in innovation projects and to develop the culture of human sciences and design within the Orange group.

2017 //
Designer at Orange's XDlab (Orange Gardens // Châtillon // France).
2016 //
Participated in the Challenge IoT (Internet of Things) result of a partnership between Condé schools, HEC, School 42, E- artsup and Telecom ParisTech. Creation of an innovative product in a multidisciplinary team. Prototyping in the TechShop Leroy Merlin in Paris (3D printing and laser cutting).
2015 //
Participated in Hacking Health at the Summer University, Castres (hackathon dedicated to health).
Freelance designer products at Sunna Design (1 month). Development of new product (solar public lighting). Work closely with engineers to optimize manufacturing costs .

Participated in the 4th Orange Young Designers Competition. Winner of the "Embodiment" prize.
Participated in the Digital Innovation Academy organised by HEC in partnership with les écoles de Condé and ’école 42.
Project completed over 3 weeks in multidisciplinary teams (3D printing prototyping).

4-month internship at the Thalès Systèmes Aéroportés Innovation Center (Pessac).
Implementation of a Design Thinking process.
First teaching experience during an applied arts open week for college/sixth form students.
Member of the examination board of the école de Condé Bachelor in Product Design, monitoring students during their professional project module.

6-month internship at the Orange FABLAB in Meylan (38) in the R&D unit. Working in multidisciplinary groups with engineers and electricians.
